10:00 am Divine Service
10:30 am Sunday School
*Monday Evening Service at 6:30 pm (Beginning October 1st)
Our Services are liturgical which means they have the historic order of worship Christians have used. Our worship music style is primarily from the Lutheran Service Book or ''traditional'. We also use some songs from other sources. The Gospel of God’s love for us in Jesus is central in our worship. In the Divine Service God comes to us through his Word and sacrament to give us forgiveness, life and salvation.
Pastor Kouri and God’s family at Redeemer extend a warm invitation to you, to your family and to your friends. Come and join us for worship and social activities. We offer God's gifts in Holy Communion every Sunday. However, please read this before communing at our Church:
The Lord’s Supper is celebrated at this congregation in the confession and glad confidence that, as he says, our Lord gives into our mouths not only bread and wine but his very body and blood to eat and to drink for the forgiveness of sins. Holy Communion strengthens our union with him and with one another in our common faith as summarized in Luther’s Small Catechism. Our Lord invites to his table those who trust his words, repent of all sin, and set aside any refusal to forgive and love as he forgives and loves us, that they may show forth his death until he comes. Those who eat and drink our Lord’s body and blood unworthily do so to their great harm.
Visitors or non-members should thus first speak with the Pastor or with our Elder if they wish to commune at our congregation.
I was glad when they said to me ” Let us go to the house of the Lord”
